The Boreal Centre provides a wide variety of online learning resources to help our members learn more about environmentally-friendly living. With help from both our research team and different members of the Peace River Community, we aim to provide content that is relevant to anyone interested in growing food in the area, learning about the traditional uses of native plants, or improving their existing garden to be better suited to the Peace Region.
Our list of resources is constantly growing, and we are in the process of designing the "Boreal Garden Education Curriculum", a course that will cover everything you need to know about growing your own food - from the basics of healthy soil to choosing the right plants for your location.
